Eddy Marquis - Saving lots of people 1985



He born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was musically inclined since early childhood and was taught how to play the organ and keyboards. He started out singing with various vocal groups in Hudson County. He was your typical teenage street corner singer. From 1966 on, he sang and played Hammond Organ with several groups.

Throughout the years he had the pleasure of working with and sharing the stage with music legends like Tavares, The Tramps, Little Anthony & the Imperials, Johnny Maestro and the Brooklyn Bridge, The Platters, Larry Chance and the Earls, Darlene Love, Felix Cavaliere and the Rascals, as well as many others.



In 1985 he released beautiful song entitled “Saving lots of people” on United Rhythm Records. It was recorded at Fox Studios. Arranged by J.Lepore and E.Malaquias. Produced by E.Malaquias.

The Muglestons was a five-member family group which appeared in various places with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Pat Henry, Judy Lynn, Barbara Mandrell, Bob Hope and Charlie Rich. It has also appeared on the " Merv Griffin Show ". In addition,  it was possibly one of the first musical groups to perform on Dick Clark's " American Bandstand " without a recording. The group has started singing together since the late 60s. They consisted by the brothers and sister  Bob , Blaine , Troy , Lance and Desiree . In the mid 70s the group signed with the Mike Curb's label, called AOA. In 1977 the group released an album on ECI (Entertainment Consultants International). Sir James Randolph was born in Brewton Alabama. After leaving Alabama, he moved to New York where he attended and graduated from Long Island University. He started to sing in night clubs throughout the city. Then he was involved into Theater, Television & Film. Performing in Las Vegas and around the world, Sir James Randolph has become one of the most celebrated performers. Sir James Randolph made his only Broadway appearance as Sky Masterson in the 1976 all black company of " Guys and Dolls "   along   with   Robert Guillaume as Nathan Detroit,   Norma Donaldson as Miss Adelaide ,  Ernestine Jackson as Sarah Brown." Guys and Dolls " is a musical and was directed and choreographed by Billy Wilson. This production featured Motown-style musical arrangements by Danny Holgate and Horace Ott and direction by Billy Wilson. The show closed on February 13, 1977 after 239 performances and 12 previews.
